J-Lin - Maid of Honor
Everyne wants someone like J-Lin in their corner: passionate, funny, caring, but able to tell you how it is. Growing up, J-Lin and the bride weren't necessarily close. As they ventured further into their teens and twenties, they formed an unbreakable bond through music, memes, criminal minds, and humor. J-Lin is a ride or die and both the Bride and Groom know who to go to for help hiding the body.
Riley - Best Man
Being best friends since first grade and living down the road from each other, the Groom and Best Man quite literally grew up together. Riley is quiet and doesn't often enjoy "peopling," but has an out-of-pocket sense of humor and an ability to have deep conversations once you get to know him. The Bride is going to try to force Riley to dance, but don't count on it. BUT he rarely turns down game nights, so you may be able to swindle him into playing one of the games!
Maggie - Bridesmaid
Maggie is a perfect combo of sugar and spice; She will be there to hold your hand through things, but she'll give you some *loving* sass while she does so. Through surgeries, book releases, hockey games, creepy escape rooms and sunburns at Disney, Maggie has been there for it all (usually with Katie by her side).
Austin - Groomsman
Friends since middle school, Austin and the Groom have had an amazing opportunity to mature into adulthood together. Austin is easy to make friends with, anyone who has met him is convinced he could talk to a brick wall. His personality certainly works in his favor, as his redheadedness makes him noticeable. Now, the two are lucky enough to work for the same company!
Katie - Bridesmaid
Katie is such a sweet, kind, gentle soul that everyone needs in their lives. The Bride met Katie alongide Maggie at work, and they began a friendship over books. From there, the relationship blossomed into a much needed shoulder-to-lean-on at work, support after surgeries, very fluffy pizza creations, kindly teaching the Bride about sports other than hockey, and introducing the Bride to the wonders of Hawkers.
Mark - Groomsman
Meeting in Fort Eustis, Virginia, Mark and the groom became fast friends over some garbage and some healing injuries. They share a love of cars and mechanics as well as a dark sense of humor. While on the quieter, more shy side, you can always bring up cars or his job in the Army to get him talking. Mark is also a reader, so you might be able to bring him out of his shell with that!
Amanda - Bridesmaid
Growing up on opposite sides of the country can make it difficult to cultivate a relationship, but Amanda is just easy to be around. Fun, kind, and go-with-the-flow, it doesn't matter who you are or what you're doing; anytime with Amanda is going to be a good time. The hope is that even if the wedding day is in shambles, all will still have fun while "making memories."
Jake - Ring Security
While he likely won't initiate a conversation, Jake is a funny, sensitive, and kind soul. Despite being Brother of the Bride, the relationship wasn't really solidified until going through basic training together. Basic training can make or break you and it made the relationship between these two. While on the quiet side, you can always ask about his camaro, his job at target, his time with the Army NG, his new degree, or his time volunteer firefighting. (I know, big overachiever!)
